At Stay Golden HI, we want you to love your island-inspired pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place your jewelry in its original Stay Golden HI microfiber pouch and gift box to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized USPS collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
